El Birka Villas is a gated compound at the end of Assala, on Blue Hole Road. Its villas, studios and apartments are set around a shared central pool with a waterfall, surrounded by loungers, parasols and trees.

The compound has two villas, two studios and four two-bedroom apartments. For larger groups, each villa can be combined with a studio to make a three-bedroom villa. The buildings are laid out so that the roof terraces look out over the Gulf of Aqaba.
