Villa Faris sits right on the seafront in Assala, with a lovely hotel next door and beach cafés on either side. The area has a relaxed, coastal feel, with the beach right outside and a beautiful walk along the shore to Eel Garden, its restaurants and activities.
The villa is reached by a private beach road and has its own carport. A double gate opens into the spacious front garden, with a large outdoor dining table and an outdoor shower for washing off the sand after time on the beach.
Inside, the ground floor opens into a generous open-plan living space combining the kitchen, dining area and lounge. A comfortable corner sofa gives everyone space to relax, while the striking dining table sits alongside a collection of locally commissioned artwork. The artwork throughout the villa has been specially chosen for Villa Faris and brings a strong sense of Dahab into the space.
The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker, microwave and dishwasher, with plenty of storage and everything you need to cook at home. There is also a bathroom and utility room with a washing machine on this floor.
Upstairs, all three bedrooms have sea views. Two have king beds and the third has twin beds beneath a beautiful dome roof. Each room has its own character, with colours and textured artwork inspired by the landscape of Dahab. There is also a large bathroom and plenty of storage on this floor.
Then there is the roof terrace. Looking out across the beach towards the mountains, it is one of the most special spaces in the villa. There are different areas to relax, from comfortable sofas for hanging out together to sun loungers for catching some rays. The roof also has its own kitchen and bathroom, so you could quite happily spend the whole day up here.
We love Villa Faris for its incredible seafront setting, beautiful design and that spectacular rooftop. It’s a truly special place to experience Dahab.
