Entering through the iron gate, a large lawned garden leads to the apartment above. The balcony wraps around the building, overlooking the garden and Assala beach beyond.
Inside, the apartment is filled with light thanks to the full-height windows that stretch along the living space and open onto the balcony. The views are beautiful from inside, with the windows creating a lovely connection between the apartment, the garden and the sea.
The open-plan living space has a comfortable sofa bed, a dining table that makes a lovely spot for breakfast with a view, and a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a wet room with a shower and toilet.
The bedroom is small but cosy, with wood-panelled walls giving it a cabin-like feel that contrasts nicely with the bright living space.
The private roof terrace is the perfect place to spend some time in the sunshine, with sun loungers and uninterrupted views across the sea and mountains.
