Description
Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist walkway at the front beach in Assala, Villa Faris is a stunning three bedroom Villa. The area is peaceful with shops and places to grab a coffee nearby and a beautiful walk along the beach to Eel Garden with it’s many restaurants and activities.
Sitting front line the property is accessed by the private road leading to a car port. The double access gate opens into the front garden.
The garden is a great size with a large table for Al-fresco dining and an outdoor shower to wash the sand off after time on the beach.
Entering the house you immediately find yourself in the open plan living space with the kitchen, dining and lounge areas. The comfy corner sofa is perfect for a movie night and provides enough space for all house guests to relax.
The striking dining table is a main feature in this space and contrasts beautifully with the locally produced art that lines the walls. The stunning and intricate artworks throughout the house have been specially commissioned and chosen for Villa Faris, perfectly complementing the decoration running through the property.
The kitchen is very well appointed with a gas cooker, microwave and dishwasher. Plenty of storage space is available and all essential kitchen ware is provided. A bathroom and utility with washing machine are also on the ground floor.
Upstairs on the first floor are all three bedrooms, each with a balcony and incredible sea views. The colour scheme In the two king rooms seems to invite the stunning landscape inside, only enhanced by the textured art which is inspired by Dahab. The twin room is dominated by the exquisite dome roof, a unique and special feature. All rooms have plentiful storage space. A large bathroom and further storage make up the first floor.
The roof level opens to probably the most incredibly space in the Villa. Looking down onto the beach and over to the mountains the view from here makes us never want to leave and the facilities mean you don’t have to. There are several spaces to hangout depending on your mood, chill with your friends on the sofa or sip a fresh juice while catching some rays on the loungers. The roof also houses it’s own kitchen and bathroom, we could seriously spend all our time in this spectacular space.
